Genie Networks Range of Services


We provide a range of services to both Deaf and Hearing people as well as organisations who wish to improve the accessibility of their services to Deaf People. • Children & Families - support for deaf children and their families, deaf parents and their children, the whole family network including grandparents, extended family and family friends. Find out more here.....

• Deaf Awareness Training - Genie Networks provides a unique Deaf Awareness Training package specifically tailored for your organisational needs. • Deaf Friendly Formatting - Deaf Friendly Formatting (DFF) is a service for the benefit of both deaf people and service providers. We translate information and literature into an easily understandable format for deaf people to comprehend. Find out more here.....

• Drop In - The 'Drop In' service is your opportunity to come along and meet other deaf people as well as the team at Genie Networks. We have a social room where people can meet and talk as well as to share news and information about what is happening in Trafford Services and the community. There are 2 drop in centres, one in Altrincham and the other in Stretford. Find out more here.....

• General Information - The purpose of this section of our website is to provide useful information to both Deaf and Non-Deaf people. For example we provide a guide as to how hearing people can communicate more effectively with Deaf people. Find out more here.....
